Shipping Information

Rok Cork strives to maintain items in stock at all times, however, due to our rapidly growing brand and the demand from our customers for a high quality sustainable product, our stocks are depleted very quickly. We aim for a quick turnaround time of no more than 3-4 weeks for those items. All of our products are imported from our manufacturing facilities, having them produced in small quantities will ensure that every detail is up to Rok Cork's standards and commitment to provide our customers a truly one of a kind product with exquisite Portuguese craftsmanship.  

We will not compromise on quality, and for that reason we ask for your patience and understanding as it is well worth the wait.

When placing an order, if the item is not in stock, Rok Cork will send you an email advising of the estimated time of arrival.

We highly recommend you pre-order to guarantee priority when re-stock shipments come in.

Shipping Rates:
All orders are processed in CAD$ at checkout 
  • We currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IN CANADA and UNITED STATES for ORDERS OVER $200.00 with Canada Post or FEDEX (standard delivery times - next day delivery or up to 7 business days with FEDEX) 
  • For orders under $200.00
      • Canada - flat rate of $15.00
      • USA - flat rate of $15.00
      • EU - flat rate of $65.00
      • OTHER DESTINATIONS - $75.00 -  Available using FEDEX Worldwide,
  • Orders received for items in stock ship within 48-72 hrs.

Sales Taxes In Canada:

  • All purchases within Canada are subject to GST or HST. The appropriate rate will be applied to your purchase based on your province of residence. All taxes are clearly detailed on your invoice. Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.

US and International Orders:

Canadian taxes are not applicable, however, any charges incurred such as import duties/taxes/ brokerage fees are the full responsibility of the customer at country of destination.

Payment Options:

We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify. All transactions are in CAD$.

Our Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We will never compromise the quality of our products, we aim to fully satisfy our customers by offering Authentic Artisanal Cork Products manufactured and imported from Portugal.  We want you to be as happy and excited with your product as we are.   

Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you are not satisfied with your unused purchase & would like to request a credit /refund / exchange, please send an email to  with your order number as the subject line within 14 days of receipt  in its original condition and original packaging - including packing slip. Any returns shipped outside this time window will not warrant a refund but a credit for future purchases. 
Exchanges are available for another product of equal price. 

Full refunds are subject to condition of receipt of original product in its original condition.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

All purchases made on sale items are final & cannot be returned. 

Please keep in mind that these items are imported and if you wish to have the item exchanged as long as it’s in stock we will quickly turn your item around, if the item is not in stock we will advise you by email.
FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE OF CANADA - please ensure you place on the return label - item for return to original destination - no commercial value we will not be held responsible for any duties, and reserve the right to decline any fees incurred by any courier as a pre-requisite for delivery of the box, which will be returned to sender. 

Proper information should be obtained from your carrier to ensure package is not returned to sender.  Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet our return requirements.
